Minneapolis UPS Parking

Local 638 and UPS have entered into a Letter of Agreement in regards to the additional parking lots that will be used for the Minneapolis building. The two lots that UPS will be utilizing in response to the additional employees working in Minneapolis are now covered under the Article 10 Section 3 language in the National Master Agreement.

Article 10.3 is modified as follows:
In addition, if an employee whose personal vehicle was subject to theft or vandalism while parking in a designated Company parking lot (or authorized UPS offsite parking lots for the Minneapolis, MN facility, including: 1330 Industrial Blvd NE and 2520 Broadway St. NE) provides immediate notice to the Company and obtains a police report, the Company will reimburse the employee up to five hundred dollars, to the extent the theft or vandalism is not covered by the employee’s insurance.
This agreement is effective:

• 1330 Industrial Blvd NE – July 22, 2024 through the end of the NOF project.
• 2520 Broadway St. NE – August 5, 2024 through the end of the NOF project.
